Bobby Caldwell - "What You Won't Do For Love"

Have you ever heard someone sing a song and you get this crystal clear image in your head of what he looks like?  After hearing Bobby Caldwell's "What You Won't Do For Love", I imagined that Bobby would look nothing like a cross between Bob Costas and Bruce Wolf.  Alas, I was wrong.  Bobby was part of the blue-eyed soul movement of the late-70s and early-80s.  Don't you think "What You Won't Do For Love" sounded strangely  like a slowed down version of  the "Too Close for Comfort" theme song?
