When I first heard Ellie Goulding's voice, I felt like I had heard it before -- my brain immediately connected Goulding's voice to Donna Lewis.  Lewis' wispy and angelic sound propelled "I Love You Always Forever" in 1996.  It was the first and biggest hit for Lewis.
