Simply Red - "Stars"

"Stars" from Simply Red nearly cost me a million dollars. While walking through a Kohls in Bloomington, Indiana, I heard "Stars" playing through their speakers. I remembered hearing the song in the early-90s, but not much since then. I then decided to put my useless knowledge to the test. I bet my friend one million dollars that she couldn't name the artist/group who sang the song. She paused, listened, and then confidently said, "Simply Red."  My jaw dropped. "It's a good thing we didn't shake on it," I said, "I would have owed you a million dollars." That's legal, right?!?
