Dog's Eye View - "Everything Falls Apart"

While walking to work, the band name Dog's Eye View somehow popped into my head.  I wish I could fully comprehend why this worthless piece of information is taking up precious space on the hard drive known as my brain.  Better yet, I wish someone would explain how this song became a hit.
