Blessid Union of Souls - "All Along"

The year was 1996.  The class was S223: Social Psychology at Indiana University. My class was divided into groups in which we were assigned a project that involved coming up with popular love songs (tough class, I know). This guy in the group confidently says, "'All Along' from Blessid Union of Souls." The rest of the group looked at him as if to say, "What the hell song is that?". I don't know why, but I'll never unlink that memory from this minor hit.
