Ace of Base - "Cruel Summer"

Ace of Base is responsible for so many of the songs you hear on the radio today because today's artists grew up hearing to the Swedish Pop group on the radio.  Lady Gaga and Katy Perry are two such artists who credit Ace of Base as an influence on their sound.  As huge as Ace of Base was in the 1990's, the group simply could not sustain the international success they found--let's be real, no one could sustain that sort of worldwide success.  The group's second album after their breakthrough The Sign was Flowers.  Flowers yielded a hit in the form of a remake of Bananarama's pop hit "Cruel Summer".
