Tal Bachman - "She's So High"

No matter what happens in Tal Bachman's life, he will be able to say that he survived Y2K and did so in fine fashion.  The Canadian rocker produced the one-hit-wonder "She's So High"--a song that had nothing to do with drugs.  Instead, it's about a girl who's just so out of his league.  In the song, Bachman successfully cracked the code on how to include "Joan of Arc" into musical lyrics.
