Gloria Estefan - "Always Tomorrow"

There really isn't anything funny about Gloria Estefan's "Always Tomorrow", but yet I find myself chuckling every time I hear it (which is not often).  There's a string instrument that echos Estefan's voice after the lyric "...start over again...".  It almost sounds like a mosquito or a fly buzzing past your ear, yet somehow makes me laugh.
