Gavin DeGraw - "Chariot"

Ever since watching him on Scrubs, I've always believed that Zach Braff and I would be great friends.  Scrubs was the last TV show that I actually watched religiously, and I've enjoyed all of Braff's movies.  On top of that, the soundtracks for all of the above have been sublime.  It should come as no surprise that the video for Gavin DeGraw's "Chariot" was directed by my BFF Zach Braff.

Landon Pigg - "Falling In Love At A Coffee Shop"

Nashville-born, but raised in Oak Park, Illinois, Landon Pigg was one of the kindest artists I've met during my years in radio.  What I remember most about him was that he seemed completely unimpressed with the stardom attached with being a musician.  Instead, he just wanted to play his guitar and sing.  His polite and aw-shucks demeanor made him one of those guys who I always rooted for.  With a stripped-down simplicity, "Falling in Love At A Coffee Shop" is an understated ballad that seems like it belongs in a Zach Braff movie.
