Heart "Dreamboat Annie"

When's the last time someone used the word "dreamboat" to describe an attractive person? Maybe 1975? "Have you seen, Joey? He's a real dreamboat!"

Heart "Alone"

Heart wasn't the first band to record the song "Alone".  Three years prior to Heart's version, actor John Stamos recorded the power ballad with Valerie Stevenson.  Not to be outdone, Celine Dion later recorded a version of her own in 2007.

Heart - "Never"

You can knock Heart all you want for silly songs like "All I Wanna Do Is Make Love to You", but you can't deny the powerful vocals of sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson.  Leaving their rock-based sound in the '70s, Heart's '80s hits focused more on synthesizers and pop radio-friendly melodies.  Their 1985 hit "Never" exemplified this change in formula.
