No, Tina Turner didn't remake Bryan Adams' signature ballad "Open Arms". However, she did release an original song in 2004 with the same title that charted throughout the world including at home in the States on the Adult Contemporary Chart.

Tina Turner "Missing You"

John Waite and Tina Turner share the song "Missing You". Waite took the song to #1 in 1984 while Turner turned it into a a minor hit on the Hot 100 (#16 on the Adult Contemporary Chart). The two actually have a bit of history as Waite's version of "Missing You" knocked Turner's "What's Love Got to Do With It?" out of the #1 spot in 1984.

Two Rooms: Celebrating the Songs of Elton John and Bernie Taupin is an entire album of artists remaking Elton's music.  Tina Turner, Kate Bush, The Beach Boys, Eric Clapton, Sting, Joe Cocker, and a handful of others recorded songs for the tribute.  Rod Stewart's take on "Your Song" became a Top 10 hit on the Adult Contemporary Chart in 1992.

Taylor Dayne - "I'll Be Your Shelter"

Long before becoming a staple at Pride festivals throughout the country, Taylor Dayne produced hit after hit on pop radio.  One song that many people mistook as being called "Na Na Na Na Na Na" was actually titled "I'll Be Your Shelter."  Originally penned for Tina Turner, Taylor took the song to #15 on the Adult Contemporary Chart in 1990 (#4 on the Hot 100).  The tune featured budding star Kathy Troccoli on backup vocals.

Friday nights on NBC not only contained the hip cop show Miami Vice, but also played host to an amazing soundtrack of songs.  One episode of Miami Vice featured Tina Turner's "Better Be Good to Me".  The song would later be included in the show's first soundtrack which also featured music from Glenn Frey, Jan Hammer, Chaka Khan, and Phil Collins among others.

"I Don't Wanna Fight" was Tina Turner's signature song \that accompanied "What's Love Got to Do With It", her autobiographical movie.  The song was a multi-format hit during the summer of 1993 and still reminds me of trying to cure my mid-summer insomnia by turning on the radio in the middle of the night.
