Donna Summer - "This Time I Know It's For Real"

Donna Summer made her final appearance on the Top 40 charts in 1989 with the disco-pop "This Time I Know It's For Real".  Her music would later resurface with the emergence of the "Jammin' Oldies" format in the late-1990s.
